Bid Number is a binding contract between buyer and Auction Company, all purchases on the number are payable to Auction Company at end of sale day.
Nothing is to be moved until PAID in full, and clearance is received.
All advertising is a GUIDE ONLY, buyers must satisfy themselves to the Condition, Identity, and Authenticity prior to bidding on an item, and shall not make objections after the sale.
Terms, Cash, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Approved PersonalOr Company Cheque, Yorkton Auction Centre holds the right to hold purchases till payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Applicable TAXES will be applied to ALL purchases.
The Auctioneer controls the bidding, and in case of a dispute the decision by the Auctioneer will be final.

5% Buyer's Premium is applicable to ALL purchases, to a max of $100.00. Bid accordingly. This means IF you purchase up to 2000 in misc, 100 BP is applicable, and IF you purchase 3 lotted items, they are ALL subject to BP up to 100 each.
